Refund Policy

When requesting a refund, do not select “Drop Course” in either the Canvas Course interface or Canvas Catalog. Once your refund request is approved, a system administrator will remove your enrollment from the course or program.

Online Courses

If you need to cancel your enrollment and request a refund, please follow the guidelines below. Refund requests must be submitted to your instructor or facilitator.

• Noncredit courses with set beginning dates
• Noncredit self-paced, self-study courses
• Continuing education courses
• General refund requests

Noncredit Courses with Set Beginning Dates

Refund Eligibility

1. Before 12:05 a.m. (Central Time) on the first day of class
   Refund: Full course fee minus a 15% administrative fee and cost of any materials already sent.
2. Up to 7 days after the start of class
   The 7-day period begins at 12:05 a.m. Central Time on the first day of class.
   Refund: Full course fee minus a 40% administrative fee and cost of any materials already sent.
3. More than 7 days after the start of class
   No refund will be issued.

Course Details: Start Date: 08/01/2024 | Course Fee: $150 | Materials: $15 | Total Paid: $165

Noncredit Self-Paced, Self-Study Courses

Refund Eligibility

1. Before accessing the course
   Refund: Full course fee minus a 15% administrative fee and cost of any materials already sent.
2. After accessing the course
   No refund will be issued.
